German Wright: Living in China for 6 years and returning to China to promote Chinese snacks, the process is very difficult

My name is Wright, and I am very grateful to be able to live in China for 6 years, from the beginning of my Chinese, I was destined to have an inseparable relationship with Chinese culture. I came to China in 2012 to study, and before coming, I taught myself Chinese, which also made my life in China very smooth.

The profundity of Chinese culture is very shocking, from the day I loved Chinese food, I wanted to rely on Chinese food to make a fortune.

In 2012, I came to Guangzhou alone, and later came to Suzhou by train, and just after getting off the train, I was shocked by the high-tech train, which really did not disappoint me. After studying in Suzhou for four years, I originally planned to return to China at the end of my studies, but Suzhou has a lot of very good Chinese cultural elements, and I want to stay and study while working.

Originally I wanted to understand Chinese clothing, but Chinese clothing is too complicated, and there is a big difference between European and American clothing, and then I remembered that I usually like to eat Chinese snacks, such as spicy strips, squeezed vegetables and so on.

To this end, I came to Luoyang with the attitude of trying it out, to see how the spicy noodles there were produced, and when I arrived in Luoyang, I first visited the Longmen Grottoes and the White Horse Temple, and played for a few days before going.

Unexpectedly, a small package of spicy strips needed so many procedures. I think this should be done in Germany.

For two years, I would often mail some snacks to my parents, who did not accept them at first, because many foods were spicy, and snacks like spicy strips, there was a strange question, it was difficult to accept.

But I tried more, and slowly some neighbors started buying. At this time, I feel that I can return to my home country.

Back in Germany, I also did a lot of research, and I thought I could be successful in Chinese cuisine.

Food, no one can refuse. Especially exotic cuisine. After all, everyone is curious.

But, for five months, I failed almost every day and wanted to give up at one point, but my father encouraged me to persevere, and maybe there would be different results, and I did, and sure enough, a little bit changed. My courage also grew, and my always shy personality began to try on strangers on the street, and I did not expect to harvest a lot of customer consumption.

In the process of my efforts, there is no shortage of Chinese students to patronize, because the food comes from China, they also help me invite strange customers to try, I not only achieved results, but also gained friendship.

In fact, there are only two kinds of things that are most difficult for foreigners to accept, one is hairy eggs and the other is stinky tofu.

To be honest, I have lived in China for 6 years, tried many times, did not fully accept, just have the courage to eat, of course, there are some people who like to try different foods to challenge, I look at them with a look of disgust and want to vomit, it really feels a little unauthentic.

Later, he gave up both foods.

There are very few small towns in Germany, and it is very difficult to want more people to try Chinese snacks, I often post videos, I will say: I am Wright, I am Chinese food.

In fact, a lot of people come to me with curiosity, and I very much welcome them to do so.

It's been more than two years now, but it's still a difficult process, but I'm not going to give up.

I hope that there are more Chinese cultures that can communicate with Germany, and we like to learn different cultures and then make progress.
