In 1926, there was a conflict between Jinyufen Liquor Company and Yiquan Yong Distillery over the price of liquor supply, YiquanYong stopped supplying wine, and Jinyufen Liquor Company took advantage of the situation to purchase the Zhangjia Mansion and Chongshengyong Distillery on the east side of Yiquan Yong Distillery, thus building jinyu Company's distillery. In 1928, Jinyu Company purchased all the production tools of Yiquan Swim, as well as the historical sites it occupied, the Declaration Pavilion, the Ancient Well and the real estate, and completely acquired Yi Quan Yong.
In June 1948, Fenyang, Shanxi, was liberated. In July, the Xinghuacun Distillery of Jinyufen Liquor Company was nationalized. Yang Hansan, the son of Yang Deling, the general manager of Jinyu Fenjiu Company, found the Jinzhong District Committee and proposed himself, took on the heavy responsibility of restoring the production of Fenjiu, and resumed production on the site of the Jinyu Company's distillery, tentatively named Fenyang Xinghua Village Franchise Hotel. In October, Fenyang Xinghua Village public-private partnership Yiquan Yongfen Liquor Company was established.
In May 1949, the Taiyuan Taxation Bureau took over the Public-Private Partnership Yiquan Yongfen Liquor Company in Fenyang Xinghua Village, and formally merged it with the Jinquan Public Distillery and Dehoucheng Brewery in XinghuaCun. On June 1, the North China Liquor Monopoly Corporation Shanxi Fenyang Xinghuacun Local State-owned Fenhua Village Local State-owned Fen distillery was officially listed, the first local state-owned brewing enterprise in the People's Republic of China was born, and Shanxi Xinghuacun Fen distillery became recognized as the authentic successor of the traditional winemaking industry in Xinghua Village.
In 1985, the production capacity of Shanxi Xinghuacun Fen Distillery reached more than 11,500 tons, becoming the largest liquor production base in the country, accounting for more than half of the output of 13 famous liquors at that time. From 1988 to 1992, Fenjiu was rated as one of the "500 Best Economic Benefit Enterprises in China" for 6 consecutive years, and its comprehensive economic benefits ranked first in the national food and beverage industry and the national light industry system and life consumption-related industries for 6 consecutive years, and was respected by the same industry as "Fenda boss"!
After the founding of New China, Fenjiu has carried out five major expansions, and in 1992, Fenjiu created an industry legend of "design, construction, production and wine in that year". In 1993, Shanxi Xinghuacun Fen Distillery Co., Ltd. was listed, becoming the first listed enterprise in China's liquor industry.
