——After transforming into a coach, I experienced the doubts of being a player

After I transformed myself into a coach, I experienced some of the confusion when I was a player, and it can even be said that I began to play professional football at the age of 18, so many years, sometimes the ball was played in vain, and I may not understand what technical tactics are at that time. For example, technical tactics, a coach, what football you want you to play, more important than you play confrontation every day, 11 people play a game, the unity on the court is the most important, unity is tactics, players make mistakes on the field, this is the basic ability problem, but running position, defensive formation, these are technical tactics.

- Two goals of being a coach

The first goal is to be able to go to the national team and become the head coach of the national team. As for being a club coach, it's inevitable. Also as a coach, it is also in the club that you do a good job, you have the opportunity to enter the national team, which is my first goal.

I hope that one day in the future, there will be Chinese standing on the European field, coaching their teams, and letting them recognize Chinese coaches, that is the real recognition of Chinese football, why we ask foreign coaches, explain that we recognize their football. Of course, I know it's difficult, but this is a dream, not only my own dream, I think it's also the dream of the whole Chinese football, the unification of Chinese coaches, it can be regarded as the dream of Chinese football.
