During his work in Ningde, General Secretary Xi Jinping went to Huang Zhenfang's family forest farm to investigate and personally planted three fir trees. In the book "Getting Rid of Poverty", Xi Jinping for the first time put forward the "three reservoirs" green ecological concept of "forests are reservoirs, money banks and grain banks".

"Adhering to the concept of green ecology, Zhou Ning takes the creation of a national ecological civilization construction demonstration zone as a new starting point, makes great efforts to amplify ecological benefits, enlarges and strengthens ecological industries such as modern agriculture and global tourism, cultivates and develops new formats such as renewable energy and digital economy, and takes the road of ecological industrialization and industrial ecological development." To forest the people are rich

Relying on the rich forestry resources of Huang Zhenfang's family forest farm, with the support of the county and town levels, Houyang Village piloted the circulation of rural production factors, and in accordance with the industrial model of "forest breeding, forest species, and forest tourism", the masses truly felt that "green water and green mountains are golden mountains and silver mountains".

"Alpine late ripening grapes and sunshine roses have been planted on a total of 18 acres, and this year's output is in short supply." Huang Chuanrong, a villager in Houyang Village, said that relying on the Colorful Houyang, Colorful Rice and the "Three Libraries" base, the number of tourists has continued to increase this year, and radiation has driven the development of cooperative leisure picking tours.

Huang Chuanrong introduced that he and more than 20 villagers set up the Rongmao Agricultural Professional Cooperative, not only planting fruits under the forest, but also planting more than 50 acres of yellow essence and peony in the forest farm, raising more than 210 boxes of bees, and the forest economy created more than 500,000 yuan of income for the cooperative every year, and also provided employment opportunities for nearly 30 local villagers.

At the same time, the flower enterprise Sanshan Biotechnology Company introduced by Zhou Ning landed in Houyang Village to develop alpine cold and cool flowers; Harmony Animal Husbandry Company breeds nearly a thousand purebred Holstein dairy cows imported from Australia, and gradually forms a development path of "forest, tea, fruit, animal husbandry, breeding and tourism", realizing the unity of economic, ecological and social benefits.

The "post-ocean exploration" of forestry development leads the green development of Zhouning. Up to now, Zhouning County has used a total of 94,000 mu of forest land to develop the under-forest economy, built 57 under-forest economic projects, planted 1,578 mu of Chinese herbal medicine under the forest, the total economic output value under the forest exceeded 310 million yuan, and participated in the construction of more than 300 forestry enterprises and farmers' professional cooperatives, driving employment of nearly 10,000 people.

Ecotourism is popular

Tourists are favored not only by Houyang Village, but also by sujiashan mountain, the "rural Disney" surrounded by green mountains, Liyuxi, a model of harmonious coexistence between man and nature, and the new Internet celebrity punch card point Huahai Town. According to statistics, during the National Day, the county received 113,000 tourists and achieved tourism income of 56.5 million yuan.

In recent years, ZhouNing has taken green development as the background, with a total investment of nearly 1 billion yuan, built more than 30 tourism supporting projects, continuously improved rural tourism attractions, and increased investment attractions to comprehensively build a global tourism development pattern.

Louping Village, Lidun Town, together with Shimen Mountain, has carefully formulated the ancient hiking trail route and the ancient village tourism boutique route; Chen Qiao Village in Limen Township uses the sunrise cloud sea and cliff canyon gifted by nature to attract 100,000 tourists to come to see the "Fangrong" every year; Zizhu Village in Makeng Township relies on unique stilt houses and primitive natural landscapes to create an ecological health tourism integrating "eating, living, traveling and shopping"...

Exchange good ecology for good life, and exchange good scenery for good prospects. Driven by global tourism, Zhou Ning has successfully created 24 cultural tourism brands at the national level and above, 56 rural eco-tourism business sites have been open for operation, more than 100 homestays have been operated and under construction, and the number of tourists and comprehensive tourism income have repeatedly reached new highs.

The green industry is full of momentum

A good ecological environment and a relatively open space for development have created possibilities for the introduction of green industries. Through the in-depth docking of the four leading industries in Ningde City and the optimization of the business environment, Zhou Ning in the mountainous county embraced one "golden doll" after another.

On October 9, in the Zhouning Stainless Steel Deep Processing Industrial Park, the first phase of infrastructure was basically completed, and 43 enterprises have been settled. The park adheres to the concept of green development, implements unified treatment and recycling of industrial sewage, of which the first phase of planning land is 1743 mu, reaching an annual output value of more than 10 billion yuan after production, which can create 300 million yuan in taxes and provide 6,000 jobs.

The project of the Zhouning Station-in-front Industry and Trade Science and Technology Park in Xiancun Town is steadily advancing. This is another major project to dock the new energy automobile industry chain, which will introduce logistics warehousing, public railway and water intermodal transportation and industrial enterprises, focusing on the development of green circular economy, advanced equipment manufacturing and other industries.

In addition, the Zhouning Pumped Storage Power Station project with an annual power generation capacity of 1.2 billion kWh is expected to be put into operation at the end of the year and fully completed next year. After being put into operation, it can save 208,000 tons of standard coal, reduce carbon dioxide emissions by about 420,000 tons, and reduce sulfur dioxide emissions by 0.28 million tons per year.

The Zhouning Pumped Storage Power Station is the epitome of the local vigorous development of clean energy. So far, the county has built 40 hydropower stations, and the total installed capacity of clean energy last year was about 550,000 kilowatts.

In order to promote the construction of various projects in an orderly manner, Zhou Ning has set up people, responsibilities, and progress tracking contacts, and made breakthroughs in land use, approval, financing, etc., and opened up the "last kilometer" of taxation, finance, finance and other aspects of preferential enterprise services. Especially in terms of promoting investment and stabilizing growth, Zhou Ning strengthened the working mechanism of "centralized coordination and special class promotion" of key projects. As of the end of September, 21 provincial and municipal key projects had completed an investment of 2.002 billion yuan, accounting for 76.84% of the annual plan.

"In the next five years, we will continue to actively integrate into the development of the Greater Bay Area around Sandoo, deeply cultivate the upstream and downstream projects of the four leading industries in Ningde, concentrate on building four major areas such as New Town, Lidun, Xiancun and Qibu, accurately connect and introduce high-quality projects in the fields of stainless steel, new energy, and automobile supporting, and cultivate more new growth points." At the same time, clean energy is used to add impetus and greener to the ecological industry, so that the county industrial structure is more optimized and the industrial development is more dynamic.
