The video of the scene of the incident shows that on a steep slope several meters high, a row of flat-layered color steel tile roofs was built, and as the steep slope collapsed, this row of houses with seven or eight large windows also collapsed in the rain. There are no pedestrians on the road below the steep slope, parking spaces are empty and no vehicles pass by.
The incident occurred on Jiecheng Street in Yangcheng County. According to a local cloth merchant told Jimu News reporter, her shop is closer to the scene, the collapsed row of houses is a night market, only open at night, the house collapsed yesterday during the day, I don't know if there is anyone inside.
The staff of the Yangcheng County Housing and Construction Bureau and the Emergency Management Bureau told Jimu News that they were inconvenient to introduce the situation and needed to contact the propaganda department of the county party committee. The staff of the ministry then replied to reporters that the county has now entered the second week of emergency flood control, and the safety hazard points here have long been found, the personnel have been evacuated, and the collapsed house has not caused casualties.
