Simon Pacini captures and freezes the light of the moment
His paintings do not focus on the beautiful things that can be foreseen, but on the garbage in the courtyard or the ugly overhead cables and wires.

The post-70s painter's pen has the heat of San Marcelino, the Mediterranean sun, the terraces of Venice, the market stalls, and the gray drizzle days of the Netherlands.

His early paintings were characterized by attention to detail, the use of light to compose. In 1992 he returned to Simon, Italy, to attend the "James and Pio Manzu" art school in Bergamo. Since then he has created a large number of paintings for clients in Italy, the United States, Arabia, China and Japan. Streets, bars, markets, café terraces, scenes of people's daily lives are his main inspirations.
