The British "Daily Mail" reported on March 30 that a russian secondary school teacher named Tatiana Kuvshinnikova was almost fired by the school because she uploaded a photo of her wearing a suspender dress on a social platform, and was ridiculed by the principal for "dressing like a prostitute" and "seducing male students".

In the photo, 38-year-old Kufsinikova wears a short rose red suspender skirt and green high heels, making a propped up on the railing in a field of ice and snow, that is, not exposing the key parts of the body, and the expression is quite normal, no matter who looks at it, it seems to be an ordinary photo. However, it was this photo of herself posted on her personal social platform that plunged her into a career crisis.
According to media reports, at that time, some of the students' parents saw the photo first and complained to the school that she was "dressed inappropriately"; then, the principal reprimanded Kuvsinikova in front of her as "unworthy of being a teacher", "this is the way prostitutes dress, high heels, knee-length skirts", and decided to fire her.
Kufsinikova, who teaches language and literature classes at the school and is also a winter swimming enthusiast, has also joined the local winter swimming association and often shares photos of swimming in winter. The photo was released around the end of last year, and Kufsinikova's intention was to wear a swimsuit to celebrate the Arrival of the New Year.
However, the school's insistence on believing that Kuvsinikova's dress was "shameful" and even she did not hesitate to expel her has caused controversy online and sparked the anger of all female teachers in Russia. Although the school later retracted the order, Kufsinikova was ostracized by her colleagues and parents when she returned to school, and she eventually resigned from her post.
Russia's local education department said in an interview with the media that the school's principal was too conservative and "did not think there was anything wrong with Kuvsinikova's photo." Netizens launched the topic "Teachers are also people" on social platforms, and hundreds of female teachers uploaded cool photos of themselves wearing swimsuits in solidarity with Kufshinikova, who was treated unfairly.
Someone said: "Obviously, it is normal to put it on ordinary people, as long as it involves teachers, it will be examined with a magnifying glass." Others argue: "Tv shows are bigger, so why don't these parents complain about TV stations?" Some people asked: "Swim without a swimsuit, do you wear a suit?" Several female teachers spontaneously filmed a short film satirizing the school's humiliating remarks — they walked collectively on the beach in professional suits, singing their dissatisfaction as they ran into the sea.
