Fang Zhimin (1899-1935), a native of Yiyang, Jiangxi Province. Comrade Fang Zhimin was a great proletarian revolutionary, a military strategist, an outstanding leader of the peasant movement, and the founder of the revolutionary base areas in northeast Jiangsu and Fujian, Zhejiang, and Gansu during the period of the agrarian revolutionary war. On January 27, 1935, he was unfortunately captured and imprisoned, and in prison he was unyielding and wrote famous works such as "Lovely China" and "Qing Poverty". On August 6, 1935, Fang Zhimin bravely rebelled in Nanchang at the age of 36.
