1 Place all other ingredients except butter in a bread maker. To put it in the order of liquid and then powder, the total weight of eggs + rice porridge is 230 grams. Again, don't worry about whether the eggs you use are 50 grams or 60 grams, the total weight of the two is right. Millet porridge must be the thickest kind! 320 minutes to finish kneading, add the butter cut into small pieces. Some friends say that there is no butter at home, so use olive oil, walnut oil, camellia oil, corn oil, sunflower oil, etc., but do not use soybean oil, rapeseed oil and other heavy oils. If with liquid cooking oil, remember to put it in with egg milk in the first step, not in this step! At this step, still choose the kneading procedure for 20 minutes.

4 After the kneading procedure is over, observe the state of the dough, if you reach this state. The dough can pull out a thin film, not a pull and break. If you have not reached this state, you can choose to knead for another ten minutes. Note that the bread machine does not cover the bucket lid when kneading the dough, which is easy to make the bread machine produce too high a temperature during the kneading process, and let the dough begin to ferment.
