One day, he was sneaking down the street, and he heard that there was a democratic stage in Yuncheng Town, and recently he had been staging the opera "Liu Hulan", and everyone had to watch it. He was like an ant on a hot pot, not knowing what to do, not sitting still, and finally he decided to go and see the opera, maybe to get some wind noise, to prepare for the future hiding.
When he came to the theater, he cowered and found a dark corner, and when he saw the last time, when he heard the three words "bearded", he began to get nervous, but when he finally heard that it was not his own name, he was immediately relieved, and he felt a little surprised.
At the end of the stage, it was Xu Desheng, the commander of the second company, who killed Liu Hulan, who also had a beard and was mistaken for a "big beard", and he was secretly glad that this time he could rest assured.

Based on the situation reported by neighbors, the police realized that things were not so simple, and they concluded that Zhang Quanbao may be hiding at home.
The public security personnel did not act rashly, but they were also afraid of hitting the grass and frightening the snake, they knew that Zhang Quanbao was a soldier, knew the military, and could shoot, even if he found him, he was likely to resist arrest, in order not to hurt the innocent, try to avoid frontal conflict.
The police decided to change the arrest plan, relax the surveillance of Zhang Quanbao's home, let them relax their vigilance, and then take a "siege raid" to catch turtles in the urn. The raid was held in the evening, with blurred vision and less noticeable.
First of all, he controlled his wife, because every day his wife came home to cook, Zhang Quanbao would come out of the cave at the time of eating, and then carry out the arrest operation.

At this moment, the public security personnel had already surrounded Zhang Quanbao's home at No. 1 Weijia Xiaogang in Yuncheng Town, and suddenly came out from both sides of the door, and the two people held Zhang Quanbao's hand to prevent him from pulling out the gun in his arms.
Zhang Quanbao was completely controlled, he pretended to obey, and the next second he immediately wanted to break free and turn around, and the public security officer stepped on his hand to dispel his thoughts.
At this time, Zhang Quanbao still pretended to be calm, pretended to be innocent and asked: "Why did you arrest me, and what crime did I commit?" ”
A public security officer took out his id card and scolded: "What crime have you committed, don't you know in your heart?" You are Zhang Quanbao, the main culprit who killed Liu Hulan. ”
After Zhang Quanbao listened, his face turned pale, and he knew that no matter how much resistance he tried, it would be useless, and he lowered his head and was taken away by the public security personnel.
Just three days after Zhang Quanbao's arrest, another murderer of Liu Hulan, Hou Yuyin, who was then the deputy company commander of the first battalion of the 215th Regiment of the 42nd Division of Yan Xishan's army, was also arrested by the public.
