Recalling that in the first year of entrepreneurship, his personal income plummeted to more than 20,000, only one-tenth of the original, how could he get a "bitter" word that he said lightly?

Finally, after several years of accumulation and precipitation of product technology projects, the company began to open up the situation in 2014, entered the fast lane of development, and began to receive project orders from government systems such as environmental protection, public security, grain and other government systems, as well as large enterprises such as Sinopharm Holdings, Midea, Jacques, and China Tobacco, and achieved an annual sales revenue growth of more than 100%.
The biggest change is that Qian Bo slowly realized: "My own advantages are actually my own pits!" "The biggest problem with the company's slow development in the early stage is the arrogance of technology and products, overconfidence and emphasis on technological leadership, and ignoring the real needs and affordability of the market." After jumping out of the original rigid pit of thinking, Qian Bo has a deeper thinking about his own business model and technical product route: product building blocks, modularization, and rearrangement and combination in framework projects; product servitization, technology-based, combination of soft and hard, serving small and medium-sized enterprises, doing supply chain financial products for small and medium-sized enterprises...
