Comrade Jiang Hongtao passed away

Comrade Jiang Hongtao, a retired cadre of the Jiangsu Provincial Military Region and former deputy political commissar of the armored corps of the Nanjing Military Region, died in Nanjing on December 6, 2020 at the age of 99 due to illness. Comrade Jiang Hongtao, a native of Tai'an, Shandong Province, was born in April 1921, joined the army in August 1938, and joined the Communist Party of China in October 1938. He successively served as unit chief, section chief, regimental political commissar, director of the political department of the military sub-district, director of the organization department of the political department of the military and political cadre school of the East China Military Region, and political commissar of the armored engineering department of the military engineering college.
