
Practice steps
1: Cut the beef tenderloin into strips, add starch, tender meat powder, eggs and water and marinate for 15 minutes
2: Wash the celery and cut the stem into long pieces; cut the green onion, ginger and red pepper into strips
3: Remove the marinated beef tenderloin from the pan and fish out
4: Leave a little oil in the pot, stir fry the green onion and ginger shreds, add the chili pepper shreds, celery and broth and sauté until cooked
5: Add beef tenderloin, spices, sauté on high heat for a while, and plate
