On the afternoon of September 29, Li Tao, member of the party group and deputy director of the Provincial Bureau of Statistics, and his party went to Taishan District to investigate the grass-roots infrastructure construction work of statistics, and Dong Yanhe, director of the Tai'an Municipal Bureau of Statistics, and Zhao Yongbin, member of the Standing Committee of the Taishan District Committee and deputy mayor of the district, accompanied the investigation.
The research team first came to Caiyuan Street in Taishan District to conduct field research. Caiyuan Street takes "five changes" to seek "five new", change "counting out more doors" to "counting out one door", change "each for the government" to "integrated service", change "one-way communication" to "two-way interaction", change "loose management" to "joint efforts", change "each can hold its own ability" to "same frequency resonance", and seek "five new" with "five changes", effectively promoting the breadth and depth of "one station and multiple points", further consolidating the statistical grass-roots foundation, and improving the quality and effectiveness of statistical services. The research team fully affirmed the innovative double-base construction of Caiyuan Street and built a "one-stop, multi-point" large-scale linkage model.
Subsequently, the research team came to the conference room of the district government for a discussion, and Zhao Yongbin first pointed out that Taishan District attaches great importance to the basic work of statistics at the grass-roots level and always focuses on long-term development. The first is to strengthen the system to cultivate talents and provide support and guarantee for statistical work; the second is to strengthen grid management and help the accuracy of statistical data; the third is to accelerate reform and innovation to better serve economic and social development; the fourth is to strictly control the quality of the rule of law and make the statistical environment "better and better". Taishan District took the lead in implementing the grid optimization project, and strived to create a "4+1" model and a "five-in-one" work model for enterprise statistical work, and the level of basic work at the grass-roots level of statistics was comprehensively improved, providing a strong statistical guarantee for the high-quality economic and social development of the whole region.
