It is reported that Zhang Bao has paid bribes to Huo Ronggui many times.
It is understood that the Anding District People's Procuratorate alleged that between 2014 and 2016, Zhang Bao, in order to seek improper benefits and obtain engineering care, successively paid a bribe of 500 grams of gold products, 200,000 euros and 100,000 US dollars to Huo Ronggui, and then Huo Ronggui returned gold products and 20,000 euros and 100,000 US dollars to Zhang Bao. From March to April 2016, in order to successfully obtain the project land, Zhang Bao gave the gold products returned by Huo Ronggui to Wang Yongping, then deputy mayor of Liangzhou District of Wuwei City.
From October 2011 to July 2016, Zhang Bao used false purchase and sale contracts to defraud 123 million yuan from banks on 12 occasions on the grounds that his company purchased materials. From April 2014 to September 2016, when Zhang Bao participated in the bidding of the project in Rongbao Company, he successively contacted Zhejiang Shenhong Lighting Engineering Co., Ltd. and other companies to participate in the bidding, and The Rongbao Company contributed the bidding deposit for the bidding company and produced the bidding to participate in the bidding, and the amount of the winning project was 149 million yuan. During the trial, the court fully heard the cross-examination opinions of the prosecution and defense, and the defendant made a final statement, and the case will be pronounced at a later date.
