On June 18, Xinchang County, Shaoxing City, Zhejiang Province, held a symposium on "Liang Baitai in the History of the Centenary Party". Zhang Jun, chief procurator of the Supreme People's Procuratorate, said at the forum that Comrade Liang Baitai's revolutionary life has demonstrated the lofty character and lofty spirit of the Chinese communists, which is historical, epochal, and even more eternal.

Liang Baitai was born in Wozhou Town, Xinchang County, and at the age of 16, he wrote an essay determined to be "Xu Guoda's husband". In the early days of the founding of the Communist Party of China, Liang Baitai joined the Communist Party of China. During the period of the Central Soviet Region, Liang Baitai spent time and forgot to eat and sleep, drafted the "Outline of the Constitution" and other laws and regulations, and established the judicial organs and judicial system of the Soviet Union.

At the forum, experts and scholars from more than ten colleges and universities, including Chinese Min University, Zhejiang University, Nankai University, and Northwest University of Political Science and Law, exchanged views on such topics as "Liang Baitai's Status in the History of Contemporary Chinese Legal System," "Liang Baitai and the Legislation of the Central Soviet Period," and "Liang Baitai and the Construction of the Rule of Law in Contemporary China."

In recent years, the local in-depth study of Liang Baitai's life contributions, has formed a Liang Baitai red education base including Liang Baitai Memorial Square, Constitution Square, Liang Baitai Deeds Exhibition Hall, Liang Baitai Bridge, Liang Baitai Monument Pavilion, etc.
Walking into the Liang Baitai Deeds Exhibition Hall, 7 chapters, such as "Study and Exploration", "Searching for truth in Soviet Russia" and "Ruijin Years", vividly show the "red mark" in Liang Baitai's short life for more than 30 years in the form of pictures, texts, videos, scene reproductions and so on.

Ma Weiguang, secretary of the Shaoxing Municipal CPC Committee, introduced that as the hometown of the liang baitai martyrs, Shaoxing should recall the merits of its predecessors, give full play to the advantages of red resources, further strengthen the protection, inheritance and utilization of red cultural heritage, and effectively be the inheritor and guardian of the red root.
