Notice of illegal and criminal acts in the order of the tourism consumer market
In order to further standardize the order of the tourism consumption market in Shibei District, create a harmonious and orderly tourism environment, and severely crack down on illegal and criminal acts that undermine the order of tourism, in accordance with the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China, the Public Security Administration Punishment Law of the People's Republic of China and other laws and regulations, the notice is hereby announced as follows:
1. Recently, the Shibei Branch of the Qingdao Municipal Public Security Bureau has carried out special rectification actions against illegal and criminal acts such as shouting, soliciting, soliciting, and bringing customers in its jurisdiction, focusing on strengthening the patrol and control of densely populated areas such as Dengzhou Road Beer Street, Dabaodao, Yingkou Road Market, and Buxi Market in Shibei District. At the end of March, Xie Moumou and Li Moumou, who were also soliciting customers, had a quarrel in the Yingkou Road Market over the source of customers, and Xie Moumou was pushed to the ground by Li, causing a bad impact, and the Shibei Branch of the Qingdao Municipal Public Security Bureau punished Li with administrative detention in accordance with the law.
2. The public security organs, together with other administrative law enforcement departments, will continue to crack down on acts that disrupt public order by repeatedly pestering, tailgating, chasing, obstructing, and other nuisance methods such as introducing accommodation, catering, and other services to tourists; Extortion of tourists' property, or deceiving or forcing tourists to go to shops, restaurants and other areas for consumption, or forcing them to buy and sell goods.
Third, to maintain the order of the tourism consumer market in Shibei District is the obligation and responsibility of every citizen, I hope that everyone will work together, actively support and cooperate with the maintenance and rectification of the tourism order, and take the initiative to report the various illegal and criminal acts found.
