Chengle High-speed expansion is the first large-scale "four-lane to eight-lane" construction project in our province, since the start of the closure construction in April this year, overcoming the unfavorable factors such as tight construction period and continuous rainy weather, the right section of Meishan South to Qingshen was completed ahead of schedule, and the 12.25-meter-wide road was widened to 20.5 meters.

As a major tourist channel in our province, after the expansion of the entire Chengle Expressway to eight lanes, the traffic pressure of the expressway from Chengdu to Leshan will be effectively alleviated. The reporter learned from the Shudao Group that at the end of this year, the section from Meishan South to Leshan in Chengle will be completed, and the Renmuxin Expressway, Lexi Expressway and Ehan Expressway involving Leshan and Xiaoliangshan areas are also smoothly advancing, making up for the shortcomings of the expressway network in ethnic minority areas.
