"Nanyue Tea Picking Poems" The leaves of the leeks under the mountain are long, and the tea in the mountains is fragrant. Team by team up the mountain to collect evening tea, but Cuckoo is busy. --Wang Fuzhi
There are dozens of poems by ancient and modern celebrities praising "Nanyue Yunwu" alpine tea. Since ancient times, "famous mountains and famous waters are famous tea", and the same is true of Nanyue Hengshan Mountain, whose specialty cloud tea has long been famous.
Nanyue Hengshan is located in the central part of Hunan Province. Hengshan Mountain is majestic and beautiful, with a total of 72 peaks, stretching for more than 800 miles. Here the ancient trees are towering, the bamboo shrubs, the mountain peaks and valleys are covered with clouds and mist all year round, and the tea trees grow luxuriantly.

The Nanyue Yunwu tea produced here has a beautiful shape, rich aroma and mellow aroma, and has long enjoyed a reputation, as early as the Tang Dynasty, it has been listed as a tribute. Nanyue Yunwu tea has a unique shape, its leaves are pointed and long, like a sword, with boiling water bubbles, the tip is facing upwards, the leaf petals are obliquely spread like a flag, the color is bright green, sinking to the bottom of the water, just like the jade flower brilliant, colorful. In particular, the rich fragrance is refreshing and sweet; sweet, spicy, sour, bitter, and evocative.
Nanyue Yunwu Alpine Tea has a mellow taste, a strong aroma, pure but not light, thick but not astringent, after many times of brewing, it is still clear in color and endless in aftertaste. When nanyue tea is mentioned, it reminds people of the cloud tea in the canyon Yuwang City formed by Nanyue Zhurong Peak, Xiyang Peak and Jinjian Peak, and it reminds people of the green clouds that are tender and sweet, layer by layer, and piled up. The mist was connected to the green clouds, and the white water vapor rising from the cup of strong tea that I had just brewed in front of me swirled and merged. People's thoughts are also leisurely and distant.
Nanyue Mountain's tea has always been the most famous for the Yunwu tea of Guangji Temple, and the earliest to be developed with Shimiao tea (in the area from present-day Wugong District to Fangguang).
Guangji Temple is located under the Shimiao Peak, one of the five peaks of Hengshan Mountain, surrounded by mountains on all sides, with ancient trees towering in the sky, babbling water, foggy all year round, and the fog period is more than 240 days. The climate is mild and the land is fertile. Rich in organic matter, it provides good growing conditions for camellia.
Because of the Guangji Temple and Shimiao Peak area, the mountain height is above 900 meters, there are many months of cloud fog in a year, thunderstorms are also many, so the air is humid, and there are many nitrogen formed by thunderstorms, and the mountains are densely forested, and the soil is full of humus, so the wild tea that grows out and the garden tea (or called home tea) that grows out are fresh and tender and fat, and after the processing of the tea people, the strong fragrance is around the beams, and it does not disperse for three days.
