Live Bar November 4, 2019 Today, Portugal star Figo celebrated his 49th birthday, scoring 144 goals in 771 games in his career and contributing 202 assists.

Figo debuted in the Portuguese sports youth academy and joined La Liga giants Barcelona in 1995 for a transfer fee of 2.5 million. While playing for Barcelona, Figo helped the team win 2 La Liga titles, 2 Copa del Rey, 2 Spanish Super Cups and 1 European Super Cup.

In July 2000, Figo moved to Real Madrid for a transfer fee of 60 million euros, winning the Ballon d'Or in the same year, in addition to winning the World Footballer of the Year in 2001. At Real Madrid, Figo won 1 UEFA Champions League, 2 La Liga titles, 2 Spanish Super Cups and 1 European Super Cup.

In July 2005, Figo joined Inter Milan on his own and then won four consecutive Serie A titles, one Italian Cup and three Italian Super Cups with Inter.

In January 2009, Figo announced his retirement.
