It is reported that Li Ran was born in 1973 and obtained a master's degree in business administration from China Europe International Business School. Li Ran joined Huayuan in 1994 and has served as the project director of Beijing BTG Huayuan Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., the general manager of Xi'an Company of Beijing Huayuan Real Estate Co., Ltd. from February 2007 to January 2010, the deputy general manager of the company from January 2010 to February 2018, and the managing director of the company since February 2018.
