In order to ensure the smooth operation of the city and the warmth of the masses through the winter, according to the arrangements of the Haiyang Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government, the city will start the urban central heating work in 2021-2022 in advance, start low-temperature operation on November 7, send heat to users, and officially heat up at 00:00 on November 9.

To ensure that you are safe and warm through the winter, you are reminded:

1. Ensure that the indoor and corridor home heating valves are in the open state;

2. In the early stage of heating, the heating temperature needs to rise slowly, and the user does not have to worry;

3. When the heating is not hot, residents can open their own or the exhaust valve on the top floor to exhaust; if the temperature is normal in previous years, this year there is no heat or the radiator is hot and cool, they should first consult the surrounding neighbors, if the community as a whole is not hot, then consult the heating company; if the surrounding neighbors are heating normally, it is a problem in the user's home, the user should check whether the valve in the home is open, whether the filter is blocked, and exhaust through the valve of the radiator, but it is forbidden to release water privately.

4. The heating leak should close the valve as soon as possible, and immediately call the district heating service telephone, please repair the professional.
