County Governor Liu Rui presided over the air quality research and analysis meeting

On the morning of October 29, County Governor Liu Rui presided over an air quality research and analysis meeting. Tian Jianyin, member of the Standing Committee of the county party committee and executive deputy county governor, Yang Daogang, deputy county governor, and the main responsible comrades of the county discipline inspection commission, government office, attack office, ecological environment sub-bureau, market supervision bureau, agricultural and rural bureau, housing and construction bureau, and environmental protection supervision bureau attended the meeting.

The meeting reported on the current air quality situation, analyzed and judged the current pollution sources, and listened to reports on the development of relevant work such as farmland water pumping, straw cleaning and prohibition of burning, wheat sowing, dust control, scattered coal burning, and supervision and implementation. On further speeding up the progress of work and making every effort to grasp the current key tasks, we have rearranged, redeployed, and re-emphasized.

Liu Rui demanded that all relevant departments should pay close attention to the target, accurately study and judge, coordinate and comprehensively implement policies, and strive to form a strong joint force for work.

First, we must continue to strengthen supervision and inspection. Pull out a list of problems found in the inspection, establish a ledger, track the effectiveness, and give opinions on the handling of the responsible units and responsible persons as soon as possible; at the same time, seriously crack down on the parties in accordance with the law.

Second, it is necessary to accurately judge and accurately implement policies. According to the status of air quality indicators, adhere to daily research and judgment scheduling, keep an eye on the key areas of farmland water accumulation, straw has not left the field and concentrated storage areas, coal-fired scattered burning and other blind spots, on the one hand, accelerate the progress of water pumping, straw removal, and scattered coal clearance; on the other hand, improve the working mechanism, form a normal long-term effect, and effectively achieve part-time and long-term combination of specimens, and play a good "combination fist" of work.

Third, we must ensure that the work achieves practical results. Always adhere to the goal-oriented, result-oriented, farmland water must be pumped, straw cleaning must be largely landed, resolutely put an end to the recurrence of straw burning, and strive to achieve the goal of zeroing loose coal, to ensure that all work to achieve solid results.
