Since the beginning of autumn, the Napa Hai International Important Wetland in Shangri-La City, Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province, has welcomed the wintering black-necked crane. Since the arrival of the first black-necked cranes, more than 200 have been monitored. Napa Sea, which means "lake behind the forest" in Tibetan. Since 2016, the Napa Sea has restored more than 6,300 acres of wetlands. The Management and Conservation Bureau and the public put food to ensure that birds have sufficient food sources and maintain the biodiversity of wetlands.
