author:Mobile phone and news network

On November 4, a cold wave passed through Xinjiang, and the temperature in Urumqi plummeted by more than 10 degrees Celsius. Heavy snow swept across the city, and many roads were covered with snow and ice.

Judging from the videos posted by netizens, pedestrians and vehicles passing by are seriously skidded, and traffic accidents occur frequently. In order to divert traffic, local traffic police are on duty in the snow to help slip the trapped vehicles.

Some netizens have said after seeing this scene that it is really dangerous and should be mandatory to install winter/snow tires.
