Xinjiang Morning News (text/photo reporter Shi Fengsen correspondent Li Ying) "After being bitten by a poisonous spider, I didn't care, I didn't expect the poison to occur in the middle of the night, at that time I was at home with two children, fortunately, I was helped by the police and sent me to the hospital in time." On July 11, Ms. Sai, a resident of Yangxia Town, Luntai County, Bazhou, said.
Ms. Sai, 42 years old, lives in the second group of Kuduk Village in Yangxia Town. On July 9, when she was cleaning her yard, she did not notice a black spider climbing up the broom pole at a rapid pace.
"I was holding a broom in my left hand and it was too late to see that I wanted to dodge." Ms. Sai said the black spider bit down on the ring finger of her left hand and quickly fled.
With this bite, two needle-sized wounds suddenly appeared on the second knuckle of Ms. Sai's finger.
Ms. Sai went to the nearest clinic, disinfected the wound, and went home with another injection of antibiotics. Who knows, at about 23:00 that day, Ms. Sai suddenly had a headache, nausea, and physical convulsions. "I felt as if the left half of my whole body couldn't move at that time, and my husband went out again, so I asked my 16-year-old eldest son to ask for help from the police at the nearby convenience police station." Ms. Sai said that when it was most uncomfortable, she could hardly speak.
When Batubu Bagen, a police officer at the Kuduk Police Station of the Yangxia Town Police Station of the Luntai County Public Security Bureau, arrived at Ms. Sai's home, she had her eyes closed, she lay on the sofa, and her mouth kept saying "it's so uncomfortable, it's so uncomfortable."
"Her left ring finger was so swollen that we quickly got into the police car with someone on our backs." Batu Bagan said.
After the doctor's confirmation, Ms. Sai's symptoms were caused by a poisonous spider bite. Due to the timely delivery of the doctor and the rescue of the doctor, Ms. Sai is now out of danger.

There are two main species of poisonous spiders that live in Xinjiang
Xinjiang Morning News (reporter Shi Fengsen) What kinds of poisonous spiders are there in Xinjiang? On July 11, Lu Donglin, an expert who has long studied bees and spiders in Xinjiang, said that there are two main types of poisonous spiders in Xinjiang, the inter-spotted spider and the burrowing tarantula, both of which are distributed in Xinjiang, of which the burrowing tarantula is mainly distributed in the Ili region.
"Because these two spiders belong to different families, the difference is still relatively large, the burrowing tarantula is larger and runs to eat; the inter-spotted spider is an irregular web to prey on insects, and the body shape is not as large as the burrowing tarantula." Lu Donglin said that the spider, also known as the "black widow", belongs to the bulbous spider family and the spider genus, and lives in the wilderness slopes, hills and farmland. The burrowing tarantula, belonging to the arachnid family, tarantula family, tarantula genus, is a large poisonous spider, likes to live in caves, is a rare spider that does not weave webs, and is easy to find in long-term abandoned houses.
Lu Donglin said that he did not see the spider entity, and it was impossible to determine what kind of spider Ms. Sai was bitten by. He reminded that if the public is bitten by a poisonous spider, they should first wash the wound with water or soapy water and bandage the wound to prevent the toxin from spreading and circulating in the blood, and seek medical treatment in time.
