Wang Binjun, male, is currently the deputy director and chief engineer of Xinzhou Highway Branch, and plans to serve as the secretary of the Party Committee of Xinzhou Highway Branch. Born in June 1963, Wutai, Shanxi, university degree, began working in September 1982, joined the Communist Party of China in December 1993. He assumed his current position in February 2010.

Zhang Huimin, male, is currently the deputy director and chief engineer of jinzhong highway branch, and plans to serve as the director of jinzhong highway branch. Born in December 1966, Pingyao, Shanxi, with a university degree, he began his career in July 1988 and joined the Communist Party of China in December 1997. He assumed his current position in May 2010.

Born in October 1966, Linzhang, Hebei, graduated from the Central Party School, began his career in October 1984, and joined the Communist Party of China in August 1987. Zhang Jianghao, male, is currently the deputy chief of the Shanxi Provincial Transportation And Political Inspection Corps, and plans to serve as the general secretary of the party branch of the Shanxi Provincial Transportation Information and Communication Company. Born in July 1974, a native of Wuxiang, Shanxi, graduated from the Central Party School, he began his career in March 1990, joined the Communist Party of China in November 1992, and assumed his current position in May 2007.
