Under the leadership of the Jinhua Council for the Promotion of International Trade, on July 22, Professor Zhao Haoxing, dean of the China-Africa Economic and Trade Research Institute of Zhejiang Gongshang University and founder of the China-Africa Bridge, visited jinhua Jinyi New Area and inspected the Jinyi Area (Jindong) of the Zhejiang Free Trade Zone and the Comprehensive Bonded Zone in the Free Trade Zone, listened to the specific report on the construction of the free trade zone and the work of cross-border e-commerce, and exchanged views on the cooperation between the China-Africa Bridge and the free trade zone. At the meeting, Shen Xianyuan, deputy director of the Jindong District Bureau of Commerce, introduced the current situation and future development direction of the construction of the free trade zone and the cross-border e-commerce comprehensive test zone. Director Shen pointed out that since the trial implementation of the free trade zone, all work has achieved good results, not only the total import and export growth rate ranked first in the city, cross-border e-commerce import business has also maintained rapid growth, but also attracted a number of domestic and foreign head e-commerce and professional e-commerce operation talents to settle in and gather, with remarkable results. Jinyi Free Trade Zone welcomes china-Africa bridge cooperation in the construction of China-Africa characteristic plates and the cultivation of creative talents.
Professor Zhao pointed out that the Jinyi Free Trade Zone has unique industrial advantages, market advantages and policy advantages, and has great opportunities and wide space in the development of China-Africa free trade. Jinhua Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government are paying more and more attention to China-Africa economic and trade cultural exchanges and the construction of bases, and the free trade zone can bravely undertake this mission, in building a China-Africa economic and trade cooperation platform, linking the construction of African overseas warehouses, building an African young talent entrepreneurship incubation park, and building a highlight in the development of China-Africa digital trade.
After the meeting, Professor Zhao and the leaders of the ccpito of the two cities met with some African overseas Chinese leaders of Jinhua nationality. Professor Zhao expressed his full recognition of the issues raised by overseas Chinese leaders such as barter trade, two-way trade exchanges between China and Africa, and the establishment of Jinhua's cooperation platform in Africa. Through years of overseas exploration, overseas Chinese leaders have accumulated rich business experience and relevant market network information, and there is a good complementary relationship with the concept of building a China-Africa economic and trade bridge between China and Africa, and in the process of building the Jinhua Free Trade Zone into a China-Africa commercial and trade highland, the two sides can give full play to each other's complementary advantages and contribute to the development of the free trade zone.
