In 1875, the 24-year-old Ma Yongzhen was unwilling to farm at home and followed his father, Ma Xingtong, a fellow villager, to Shanghai.

At that time, Ma Xingtong's father was the head of the racecourse in charge of the affairs of the horse herd. Ma Yongzhen, under his arrangement, made a groom.

After Ma Yongzhen fed the horses at the racecourse for a few days, he believed that he was strong in martial arts, and he did not want to serve the foreigners anymore and quit his job.

According to folk history records, Ma Yongzhen first swung around and wrote a couplet in the ring. Left Link: Punch north and south Erjing; Right Link: Kick all over the world. A posture of fighting invincible hands all over the world.

Every time he went to a city, he would swing for three days, and some martial artists saw that he was arrogant and arrogant, and they were quite dissatisfied, and came forward to compete with him. As a result, Ma Yongzhen knocked the challenger off the stage with three punches and two kicks.

As his fame grew, he became more and more blind, often boasting about himself.

However, when he was in Yangzhou, Ma Yongzhen lost face once.

At that time, he also swung, and the people who fought with him within a few days were defeated, and he could not help but flutter, and everyone bragged that he was "invincible in Yangzhou".

As a result, this statement was known to the hermit who was highly skilled in martial arts, so he came to him to practice martial arts.

The two agreed that if they wanted to pull Jiangxin's cargo ship weighing more than 100,000 kilograms back to the shore, it would be considered a win.

Ma Yongzhen thought that this was not a difficult matter, pulled up the iron cable and dragged it to the shore, who knew that he used the force of suckling, and the boat still did not move in the heart of the river.

Then, the hermit took the rope and dragged it in the direction of the ripples to the shore, only to slowly lean toward the shore.

Ma Yongzhen knew that there was a sky outside the sky and someone outside the people. On the same day, he bought a ticket to board the ship and returned to Shanghai, and has never mentioned this matter again.

According to the "Qiu County Chronicle", Ma Yongzhen's real fame was still in Shanghai.

At that time, there was a Western Hercules in Shanghai who claimed to be invincible, running amok everywhere, and no one could help him.

When Ma Yongzhen heard about it, he found him and said that he wanted to compete with him.

The two first competed with each other, only to see Ma Yongzhen split the two stacked stone slabs in one hand. Subsequently, after more leg skills, Ma Yongzhen easily broke 12 wooden stakes. In the end, after several rounds of fierce fighting between the two, Ma Yongzhen deliberately exposed a flaw, and the Western Hercules was overjoyed and attacked forward. Ma Yongzhen took the opportunity to turn around and fight back at him with a mandarin duck leg, and the Western Hercules could not hold back and fell a few steps away. It took half a day to slowly stand up and stagger away.

The next day, Western Hercules died of internal injuries.

This incident made the chinese people feel raised and breathed, and they praised Ma Yongzhen as a hero. Ma Yongzhen also became famous because of this, and there was an endless stream of people looking for him to learn art from his teacher.

In addition to teaching martial arts, Ma Yongzhen also went to Mongolia, Chahar and Rehe many times to sell horses, and because he was familiar with horse nature, he was also very good at horseback riding. He once defeated the two-time horse champion Steve at the jockey club, with superb riding skills, and once again rose to prominence for the country.

However, Ma Yongzhen's character shortcomings are also obvious, he fights fiercely and refuses to let people everywhere, so he has formed a bond with people.

In 1879, invited by horse dealer Gu Zhongxi and others, Ma Yongzhen went to the "One Cave Heaven" tea house to drink tea.

Who knew that he had just sat down, and suddenly, a bag of lime was sprinkled in front of him, and he could not avoid it, and his eyes were lost. Immediately afterwards, several strong men cut their heads and feet, and their arms and leg bones were slashed several times. Subsequently, the patrol arrived, Gu Zhongxi and others scattered and fled, and although Ma Yongzhen was taken to the hospital, he died that night due to excessive blood loss.

Later, the patrol found out that Ma Yongzhen was strong in martial arts and hit the horse dealer with an abacus, and all those who came to Shanghai to sell horses had to pay him a protection fee, and if they did not pay, he would use soma as an excuse to casually pat the horse on the horse, and the horse would not be able to stand upright for a long time.

The horse dealer was deeply dissatisfied with this, but because of Ma Yongzhen's high martial arts, everyone dared to be angry.

Gu Zhongxi was cunning and cunning, and he had been punished for refusing to act according to Ma Yongzhen's regulations, so he was bent on putting Ma Yongzhen to death. He secretly gathered more than 10 strong men, ambushed them in the "Yidongtian" tea house, and then invited Ma Yongzhen out on the pretext of drinking tea to atone for his sins, so the scene that began happened.

After Ma Yongzhen's death, many people sighed incessantly, thinking that a generation of heroes had died at the hands of a bunch of villains, which was too humiliating. Of course, Ma Yongzhen ended up like that, but he also caused it himself.
