The 2020 (Linyi) China Zun - Chinese Bonsai Collectors Collection Exhibition was held in Linyi, which is not only a grand event in the bonsai art world, but also a great event for the development of Linyi flower and wood bonsai industry, which will be of great significance to promoting the development of Linyi bonsai industry. Linyi has the traditional advantage of flower and tree planting, is a famous old revolutionary area in the country, and is also a famous historical and cultural city. In particular, at present, the whole city has vigorously developed the bonsai flower and wood industry through the new model and new format of "market + base + farmer". By the end of 2019, the cultivation area of flower and wood bonsai in the city reached 1 million mu, with an annual output value of 10 billion yuan, and the flower and wood industry pattern of "Shuyang in the south and Linyi in the north" has initially taken shape.

China's bonsai has thousands of years of development history, bonsai art and culture is broad and profound, this Chinese Zun bonsai collection exhibition is the inheritance and development of China's ancient bonsai art culture. From the perspective of scale, this exhibition is unprecedented, magnificent atmosphere, complete categories, covering pine cypress, boxwood, flowers and fruits and other tree species, there are national and local characteristic varieties, fine products fall out, colorful; from the perspective of the quality of bonsai, the exhibits, whether it is the shape of the stump, or pots, several shelves have been significantly improved, trees, pots, shelves are integrated, complement each other; from the perspective of collection, collectors with strong economic strength not only collect domestic collections, but also collect some foreign fine bonsai, and the enthusiasm for collection is high. At the same time, members also actively collect bonsai in their minds; from the perspective of artistic and economic value, with the improvement of people's aesthetics, fine bonsai, bonsai with artistic value and can be passed down through the generations are generally favored by collectors. Ordinary bonsai will be gradually marginalized. At the same time, with the development of society, fine bonsai will also become an investment direction for bonsai lovers; from the perspective of social benefits, bonsai is becoming a new type of industry that comes first and flourishes. Bonsai has the same collection value as calligraphy and painting, porcelain, jade and other works of art, and more particularly, it is also a living art collection, which is also the root of people's collection. As an ordinary bonsai enthusiast, I am very happy to be a member of the China Bonsai Artists Association, and I am also very fortunate to be eligible to participate in the National Exhibition of Chinese Bonsai Collectors' Collection held in Linyi, Shandong Province.
It is a great honor for me to send the bonsai to the exhibition to win the gold medal of this exhibition, when the organizing committee informed me of the news of the award, I was extremely excited, as a bonsai person to receive such an honor is definitely a huge affirmation of my bonsai career, but also a milestone in my bonsai career, for the preparation to move to a higher level of my immeasurable motivation.
2014 Yuyao exhibition I also personally experienced, although affected by the epidemic but after 6 years of the organization of the exhibition is more reasonable and standardized humane, although the venue is not as wide as before but more compact layout, the quality of exhibits and supporting facilities are also higher, the number of participating noodles and bonsai is also more, each bonsai reflects the deep intentions of collectors.
Anything will experience the survival of the fittest, so is bonsai, throughout this exhibition, in addition to Lingnan bonsai, pine cypress bonsai has been tested is gradually becoming the mainstream of the times, miscellaneous woods, especially tree species with strong local attributes are being marginalized, China is rich in resources, large-scale pine cedar bonsai gradually on the stage, becoming the favorite of the domestic strong collectors.
Collecting is an elegant art, especially the collection of bonsai rich in life and change, first of all you must like her, bonsai can give us endless fun, so for the majority of collectors is not only a commercial investment, but also a cultural interest. It is hoped that China Zun will become bigger and better, encourage more bonsai enthusiasts to cultivate and collect more and better bonsai works, and lead Chinese bonsai to a new height.
