On the morning of June 16, the unveiling ceremony of the memorial hall of the party branch of the locomotive factory in Yuwangtai District, Kaifeng City, was held. Zhao Weidong, deputy director of the Propaganda Department of the Municipal CPC Committee, Huang Teng, secretary of the District CPC Committee, Cheng Huichao, deputy director of the Party History Research Office of the Municipal CPC Committee, Xie Zhen, vice chairman of the Municipal Federation of Literature and Literature, Wu Jiang, a fourth-level researcher of the Party History Research Office of the Municipal CPC Committee, Zheng Huateng, member of the Standing Committee of the District CPC Committee and director of the Propaganda Department, Du Jun, deputy governor of the district government, and representatives of the district grassroots party organizations attended the ceremony.

The museum is divided into two exhibition halls in the east and west, with seven sections, such as "The Biluo Railway Promotes the Development of Industrial Workers", "The Communist Party of China Established the First Party Branch in Henan Province in the Kaifeng Locomotive Factory", and "The Rapidly Developing Yuwangtai", which uses various display means such as cultural relics, pictures and charts to vividly display the red memory of yuwangtai District of the first party branch.
Zhao Weidong, deputy director of the Propaganda Department of the Municipal CPC Committee, delivered a speech in which he said that the memorial hall of the party branch of the CPC head factory that opened the museum is one of the 10 small and micro museums, formerly the earliest grass-roots organization of the Communist Party in Kaifeng and the earliest party branch in Henan Province. The establishment of the party branch of the locomotive factory marks that the working class in Kaifeng has its own grass-roots party organizations and the revolutionary struggle of the people in Kaifeng has its own core strength. He also hoped that the memorial hall of the party branch of the locomotive factory would be better and better, and wished that Yuwangtai District would take new steps and achieve new achievements in promoting high-quality economic and social development.
At the unveiling ceremony, Zhao Weidong and Huang Teng jointly inaugurated the memorial hall of the party branch of the head factory, and then the group went to the memorial hall to visit.
