The circular pointed out that the above four typical problems, some in their daily work through WeChat red envelopes illegally accepted gifts from management service recipients, some illegally gave away valuable specialties, some skillfully set up a name during the Spring Festival to issue benefits in violation of the law, and some transferred flowers and trees in violation of public funds to reimburse private car expenses.
