On November 27, Luo Bing, member of the Standing Committee of the Yongji County CPC Committee and executive deputy county magistrate of Jilin Province, led the heads of the County Rectification Office, the County Forestry Bureau, the Natural Resources Bureau, the County Justice Bureau and other units, as well as the legal counsel of the county government, to supervise and inspect the rectification of environmental protection inspection cases in our county.
The supervision team successively went to Jinjia hometown, Wanchang Town, Chaluhe Town and Yilaxi Town to listen to the work reports of each township on the progress of rectification work, and answered questions on the existing difficulties and problems on the spot by relevant functional departments and studied solutions.
After listening to the work report, Luo Bing stressed three points. The first is to fully affirm the efforts and progress made by the townships in the rectification and reform work, and then continue to increase the intensity of the work to ensure that the "three completions" - the rectification time limit at the end of 2019 cases to be completed; before the end of the year, 80% of the county's case rectification tasks to be completed; before the end of the year, 80% of the problem rectification of the responsible units to be completed. Second, the county forestry bureau and the natural resources bureau should speed up the identification of the nature of land types and provide a basis for the rectification work of each township. At the same time, do a good job of upward consultation policies, procedures and other work. Third, the difficult problems encountered by townships and towns in the process of rectification and reform should be communicated with the county rectification and reform office in a timely manner, and the county rectification and reform office should take the lead, coordinate relevant departments and legal experts to analyze and judge, and study solutions.
