Upon the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors resolved to recommend the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers as the new auditor. An ordinary resolution will be presented at the 2021 Annual General Meeting seeking shareholder approval to appoint PricewaterhouseCoopers as the new auditor from EY's retirement from the end of the 2021 Annual General Meeting for a term until the end of the Company's next Annual General Meeting.
