Recently, a bizarre case occurred in Suqian, Jiangsu Province, a cement pavement of nearly 800 meters, which was "stolen" overnight. Who is so bold as to steal the cement pavement and what to do?

On January 24, the Sankeshu Police Station of the Suqian Public Security Bureau in Jiangsu Province received an alarm from a villager that a road in the village had been stolen, and the police immediately rushed to the scene to investigate. The stolen cement road has a thickness of 18 centimeters and a width of 3.5 meters, and nearly 800 meters of pavement has traces of human excavation.
Jiang Yaya, deputy director of the Sankeshu Police Station of the Public Security Bureau of Suqian City, Jiangsu Province, said that at first he doubted whether the township or village had carried out construction of this section of the road, and later went to the township and the village to investigate, and said that no construction or renovation of the road had been carried out.
So who "stole" this cement road? After the in-depth investigation and visit of the police, some villagers reported that Zhu Mou, who was in the same village, drove a muck truck in and out of the neighborhood at night. Subsequently, the police arrested Zhu Mou, a criminal suspect suspected of stealing roads.
According to the criminal suspect Zhu Mou, the road was dug for nearly 800 meters overnight, and then more than 500 tons of road surface were dug up and sold to the stone factory at a price of 10 yuan per ton, making a profit of more than 5,000 yuan. At present, Zhu Mou has been temporarily released on bail by the public security organs for theft, and the case is under further trial.
