He is currently a member of the Standing Committee of the Yinchuan Municipal Party Committee, the secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, and the director of the Municipal Supervision Commission, and intends to serve as a leader of the district direct unit at the level of the main department.

　　Hu Bin, male, Han ethnicity, born in February 1974, university degree, member of the Communist Party of China. He is currently the director of the Propaganda Department of the Autonomous Regional Discipline Inspection Commission Supervision Commission (deputy department level), and plans to serve as a member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the prefecture-level city.

　　Zhang Yongqiang, male, Han ethnicity, born in October 1977, on-the-job college degree, member of the Communist Party of China. He is currently the governor of Pengyang County, and intends to serve as the secretary of the county (city, district) party committee.

　　Zhou Hao, male, Han ethnicity, born in June 1987, graduate degree, member of the Communist Party of China. He is currently the deputy secretary of the Dawukou District Committee of Shizuishan City, the deputy secretary of the Party Working Committee and the executive deputy director of the Management Committee of the Shizuishan High-tech Industrial Development Zone, and intends to be nominated as a candidate for the mayor of the county (city, district).
