On July 19, Hu Bin, deputy secretary of the municipal party committee and mayor, met with Liu Xingwang, general manager of Sinochem Mingda Holding Group and deputy secretary of the party group of Sinochem Geology and Mine General Bureau, and held a symposium to negotiate on projects such as natural ecological restoration and black land governance in Siping.
