On November 8, Hu Bin, director of the Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Sichuan Province, led a team to Lu County, Luzhou City, to visit and investigate entrepreneurial enterprises returning to the countryside, and to comfort the families of migrant workers and representatives of migrant workers in enterprises who were in difficulty during the "9.16" earthquake. Feng An, member of the Standing Committee of the Luzhou Municipal Party Committee and executive vice mayor, Zhou Yi, director of the Luzhou Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Cao Yang, deputy secretary of the Luxian County Party Committee and county governor, and Liu Lijun, member of the Standing Committee of the Luzhou County Cpc Committee and deputy county governor, accompanied him.
The research team went deep into the 4 groups of Longqiao Community in Yutou Street, Luxian County, to comfort the families of Zhou Qirong and Zhong Chengbin, representatives of migrant workers affected by the earthquake, had cordial talks with them and their families, learned about the disaster situation and the production and living conditions of family members, sent condolences and encouraged them to work hard to overcome difficulties, not wait for help, and take into account the nearby employment and post-disaster reconstruction, so that life can be restored to the right track as soon as possible.
Subsequently, the research team came to Sichuan Xinkangyi New Material Technology Co., Ltd., a start-up enterprise returning to the countryside, to understand the production and operation of enterprises, the construction of talent teams, the absorption of employment and the employment of migrant workers in the hometown, concerned about the current situation and difficulties of the work and life of the migrant workers of the enterprise, comforted the representatives of the migrant workers who were affected by the disaster and distributed condolence money, and sent the care and concern of the provincial party committee and the provincial government for the migrant workers.
