Ji Xiangde stressed that in accordance with the important instructions of successive party and state leaders, especially General Secretary Xi Jinping, during the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" period, the first outline of the development plan of local history was launched nationwide, and a great world cultural initiative unprecedented in the world was proposed by the end of 2020 - the first time in history to achieve the "full coverage" of the three levels of provinces, cities and counties with zhishu and comprehensive yearbook, and to promote the first transformation and upgrading of local history with "no" and quantity and scale. He gave a brief briefing on the situation in Shandong. Shandong attaches great importance to the compilation and revision of township and village records, and is the first in the country to issue opinions on the compilation and revision of township and village records, and this year it has issued regulations on the protection of famous towns and villages in Qilu historical and cultural towns, which have been included in the Shandong historical and cultural display project, and into the project of promoting the creative transformation and innovative development of Qilu's excellent traditional culture, which is listed as an important part of the strategy of building a model for rural revitalization in Qilu.
