4. 5. When the whole egg liquid is sent to about 3 times the original volume, draw a cross on the surface with chopsticks, if the cross can disappear quickly within 5 minutes, it is a good pass;
6. We put the red date walnut puree into the egg liquid, stir evenly, and then add low gluten flour several times, do not turn the circle to stir at this time, gently stir up and down, the action should also be fast, otherwise it is easy to defoam Oh;

8. Place in the preheated oven in advance, bake mode, 130 degrees, time set to 35 minutes.
