Mao Ning and his party successively went to the Maoqiao Town Convenience Service Center and the Municipal Central District Administrative Examination and Approval Bureau to check and understand the consolidation and improvement of the "One Netcom Office" capacity in the whole district, the construction of the "three modernizations" of the town and village convenience service system, and the implementation of the work of improving the management of the establishment field town. The research work meeting was held in the conference room of the Administrative Examination and Approval Bureau of the Central District of the City. After listening to the report of the person in charge of the municipal central district government on the relevant work, Mao Ning held a work discussion with the participants to further understand the difficulties and problems existing at the grass-roots level in promoting the "one network communication office", the "three modernizations" of the town and village convenience service system, and the management and improvement of the establishment field town, and gave guidance on the relevant work.

Mao Ning first affirmed the achievements and efforts made by Shizhong District in the construction of the "One Netcom Office", the "three modernizations" of the town and village convenience service system, and the improvement of the management of the establishment field town, analyzed the objective reality that the work volume and difficulty of the central urban area of shizhong District are located in the central urban area, and demanded that the municipal party committee and the district government should seriously analyze the current problems such as the shortcomings of the assessment indicators of the "One Netcom Office", the low registration rate of the legal person of the "Tianfu Tong Office", and the low proportion of abnormal office cleanup. Second, we must actively promote the construction of the "three modernizations" of the town and village convenience service system, and for towns (streets) with better conditions, we must do a good job in improving quality and upgrading, and establish a model for the construction of the "three modernizations" of grass-roots convenience service centers; for towns (streets) where the service site area does not meet the standards, we must reasonably integrate office resources to ensure that the area of the convenience service halls in the whole district is gradually achieved within 3 years. Third, it is necessary to benchmark advanced areas, sum up experience, find gaps, create a good environment for the masses to do things nearby, convenient and fast, and establish a good environment for government services.
