When the meat of Jiaxing Zongzi is marinated, you can add rice wine, and the self-brewed red rice wine I added, the wine koji is red yeast, not the kind of red rice or black rice made of red rice wine.
2. Add salt to the water of the boiled rice dumplings, and add some old soy sauce to the Jiaxing rice dumplings, so that the color and taste of the glutinous rice cooked out are even and stable.
3. After cooking for about three hours, turn off the heat and simmer overnight.
4. Red beans need to be refrigerated in the refrigerator for more than 24 hours.
5. You can add condiments according to your own taste, for example, this time I added flounder and shrimp powder, mixed with the taste of pork, my husband felt that it was not delicious.
