Recently, the first session of the 17th People's Congress of Leye County held its second plenary session, and the chairman, vice chairman, and member of the Standing Committee of the County People's Congress at the first session of the 17th People's Congress of Leye County were elected in accordance with the law, the county magistrate and deputy county governor of the county people's government, the director of the county supervision commission, the president of the county people's court, the chief procurator of the county people's procuratorate, and the deputies to the Fifth People's Congress of Baise City.
The meeting shall be attended by 179 delegates, and 176 delegates shall be present, in accordance with the quorum.

The meeting was presided over by Fang Zhigao, secretary of the county party committee. Executive Chairmen: Fang Zhigao, Huang Maobing, Wang Bin, Xin Ronggen, Wang Bin, Xu Yuanbin, Zhu Lingduo, Li Mingzhang, Liang Jian, Huang Xiuzhen, Chen Yanyan, Cen Yanyi, zhou Baiyang sat in the front row.
The meeting voted to approve the list of superintendent voters and scrutineers (draft), and announced the total list of voters and tellers.
By secret ballot:
Wang Bin was elected chairman of the Standing Committee of the 17th People's Congress of Leye County;
Zhu Lingduo, Li Mingzhang, Liang Jian and Huang Xiuzhen were elected as vice chairmen of the Standing Committee of the 17th People's Congress of Leye County;
Huang Maobing was elected as the county magistrate of Leye County People's Government;
Zhang Caihao, Chen Yungang, He Yue, Huang Yuexin, and Liang Xiao were elected as deputy governors of Leye County People's Government;
Li Changshan was elected chairman of the Leye County Supervision Commission;
Lu Quanshi was elected president of the Leye County People's Court;
Liang Zhao was elected chief procurator of the Leye County People's Procuratorate.
The meeting also elected 24 comrades, including Wang Bin, Fang Zhigao, Huang Maobing, Li Gaozhen, Chen Lisheng, He Xianmeng, and Huang Yan, as deputies to the Fifth People's Congress of Baise City, and 22 comrades, including Tang Jundong, as members of the Standing Committee of the Seventeenth People's Congress of Leye County.
The meeting also voted and approved Wang Shijie, Zhang Liling, Lin Yuan, and nine other comrades as chairmen and members of the Legislative Supervision and Judicial Committee, the Financial and Economic Committee, and the Social Construction, Education, Science, Culture, And Public Health Ethnic Committee of the 17th People's Congress of Leye County.
