On October 28, the elite police force of the anti-fraud special squad formed an arrest team and went to Guizhou, Sichuan, and Chongqing to carry out arrest work. In the following week, they traveled to 11 cities, traveled more than 3,000 kilometers, overcome many difficulties, and with the vigorous assistance of the local police, they successively arrested 6 criminal suspects suspected of participating in telecommunications fraud, Luo Mougui (male, from Duyun City, Guizhou), Wang Mourong (male, from Guiyang City, Guizhou), Yang Mousong (male, from Bijie City, Guizhou), Liao Mouhua (female, from Bazhong City, Sichuan), Yang Moucheng (male, from Jijiang City, Chongqing), and Zhong Moucai (male, from Yibin City, Sichuan).
After interrogation, Luo Mougui and 6 other people confessed to the crime of participating in telecommunications network fraud, selling bank cards and assisting in the transfer of more than 6 million yuan of fraudulent stolen funds. After that, the public security organs took criminal compulsory measures against Luo Mougui and 6 other people in accordance with the law, and the case is being further investigated.
