On that day, in addition to comforting the people in difficulty, Lin Dan was also busy with other things, and did not stop for a moment. Lin Dan's "banner" has been flying in the Junmen community for 50 years. Over the years, the most important thing in Lin Dan's heart is to continuously lead the innovation of community governance with party building, use the governance model that keeps pace with the times and the meticulous and intimate service to seek happiness and solve problems for the community masses, and to achieve the party's work in the hearts of the masses.

Lin Dan, who has long been rooted in the frontline of the grass-roots level, has successively explored the party building work brands such as "Ten Members of Party Member Obligation" and "Party Member Agency Service System", and bred the "135" community party building work model promoted nationwide. The strong driving force of party building has made the governance innovation of the junmen community achieve fruitful results: the "smart community informatization platform" has been comprehensively built; the first to implement the service of "one trip does not run, at most one trip" in the community; and the "film length system" grid management has been carried out in the province... Nowadays, the "135" community party building model has been upgraded to the "13335" military work law, which has been affirmed by the Ministry of Civil Affairs and once again promoted to the whole country.

Among the achievements of a series of governance innovations, the system of "People's Sentiments and Earnest Talk Days" (10th of each month) has been well received. This system focuses on listening to the demands of residents and solving problems together. Wei Huizhen, a resident in her 80s, is an elderly man who lives alone, and she is full of praise for the "People's Sentiments And Earnest Talk Day". "The problem of water leakage in the house that was reported to the community some time ago has now been solved, and the outside water pipe has also been replaced with a new pipe." Wei Huizhen said that she has lived here for many years and can solve every problem she encounters and feedback to the community.

Walking in the alleys of the Junmen community, Lin Dan has a number of family treasures for each building and each unit, and for residents with family difficulties, he is even more concerned about the non-landing, trying to send services and solve problems. Li Xing, a resident of the community, and his lover are disabled, unable to find a stable job for a long time, and after the birth of their daughter, the family cannot make ends meet. Lin Dan helped him apply for a minimum guarantee and also introduced his work. Now, Li Xing's family has a fixed income every month, and he has also found a job in a maintenance service center, and his life is getting better and better.

Anyone familiar with Lin Dan knows that her voice has been hoarse for many years. In fact, this particular voice is a testimony to her constant communication with the masses. Last November, Lin Dan had a throat polyp removal operation, and doctors recommended that she rest for at least a month. However, on the third day after being discharged from the hospital, Lin Dan returned to work. "I can't speak, I can listen to the voice of the masses, write and communicate with the masses, and serve the masses with actions." Lin Dan said.

Lin Dan's dedication and efforts have won many praises. She has won more than 130 honors such as National Outstanding Communist Party Member, National May Day Labor Medal, and National Outstanding Community Worker. On June 29 this year, as the most grassroots community worker, Lin Dan was awarded the highest honor within the party by General Secretary Xi Jinping, the "July 1st Medal".
