But at that time, the Soviet Union was also fighting, and most of the anesthesia was in the hospitals on the front line, and the materials in the rear hospitals were extremely scarce. Consider whether the general was Chinese doctor or asked for his opinion.
He replied: Keep it for the warriors, I don't need anesthesia! Quite the courage of Guan Yu to scrape bones to cure poison. His name was Liu Yalou.
One day in 1910, Liu Yalou was born in Fujian, China, and the next day, his mother died because of her frail health.
Xiao Yalou can only live with his father. His father did not have any job and made a living chopping wood, but Xiao Yalou was still drinking milk and could not eat coarse food.
In those days, coarse grains were cheap and there was nowhere to find milk. Reluctantly, the family passed Liu Yalou to his father's good friend Liu Dexiang, and this also changed Xiao Yalou's life.
During the war years, food was scarce, and many people thought that one less person would allow the family to eat more food, and the whole family could live an extra day. But Liu Dexiang did not think so, and he treated Liu Yalou as if he were his own son.
In this way, Xiao Yalou gradually grew up, Liu Dexiang found that Xiao Yalou was talented and intelligent, so he let his children drop out of school and let Liu Yalou study, which can also be seen that Liu Dexiang was not biased because he was not his own child.
Time flew by, and in the blink of an eye, Liu Yalou reached the age of middle school, but the family's conditions could only provide him with the graduation of primary school, which was already very difficult, the whole family saved money every day, and the money for school was saved by cutting firewood.
But this is very small for the cost of the middle school, and Liu Yalou had to give up the middle school and go to the primary school to teach. At that time, I was able to go to secondary school to study at a very high level.
At school, he studied while teaching and became acquainted with the principal Liu Kemo. It was this headmaster who became the second person to change his life.
At school, Liu Yalou was infected by communist ideas, so at the age of 19, he resolutely joined the Chinese Communist Party.
At that time, there was an intellectual in the Red Army, and it was definitely necessary to pay attention to and focus on training. When he first arrived in the Red Army units, people were very impressed with him, shrewd and capable, not tall or short.
Liu Yalou looked at a bunch of books and got angry, and it didn't look like he was playing with a gun. And when people knew that he had been a teacher and attended middle school, his impression suddenly grew tall in everyone's hearts.
Not long after joining the Red Army, his ability was highlighted, and it took only three years to achieve the post of division.
During the fourth anti-encirclement campaign, he received the attention of Premier Zhou Enlai. It was the first time Liu Yalou and Zhou Enlai met, and it was also the first conversation, but the two of them were like old friends who had not seen each other for a long time, with endless words.
In the subsequent wars, Liu Yalou's performance became more and more outstanding, such as the forced crossing of the Wujiang River, the four crossings of Chishui, etc. There are his repeated battle achievements.
During the Xi'an Incident, Liu Yalou was studying at the school when Chairman Mao recalled him with an urgent telegram. I thought that when it was time to serve the country on the battlefield, Liu Yalou did not sleep for several days and nights, but the chairman sent him to the Soviet Union to study.
When he heard this, Liu Yalou was not happy, and the chairman seemed to see that he had emotions, so he said carefully to him: "Education is the foundation of a strong country, the vision should be long-term, there will always be a day when the battle will be over, and the future will be the time to shine." Liu Yalou did not say anything more and gladly accepted the task given to him by the party.
The most controversial thing about Liu Yalou is: he spent eight years in the Soviet Union, why was he still awarded the rank of general in 1955? A look back at his contributions over the past few years will make it clear!
In the Soviet Union, Liu Yalou was not idle, he participated in the Great Patriotic War of the Soviet Union, and performed very well in the war, don't look at him as a Chinese, but also because of this merit was awarded the rank of major by the Soviet Union. The Soviet side attached great importance to him and did not want to miss this talent, so it wanted him to become a Soviet citizen.
Even though he had such a high status in the Soviet Union, Liu Yalou did not forget that he was a Chinese, and he resolutely refused this request.
In 1945, the Soviets sent troops into the northeast, so that Liu Yalou could return to China.
Soon after returning to China, he returned to the front line to command the battle, in which he participated in the liberation of Tianjin, which was the largest and most beautiful battle in the liberation war of our country, and he also performed very well in this battle. I have to say that in these years of the Soviet Union, Liu Yalou has learned the real skill.
Liu Yalou used the theoretical knowledge he learned in the Soviet Union to have his own unique views in the battles of the Large Corps, the battle of the strong, and the battle of the city. When the Tianjin offensive battle was just launched, the fog was surrounded that day, but Liu Yalou did not take advantage of the fog to sneak attack, but instead waited for the fog to dissipate and saved enough energy to fight.
The effect of this battle is, of course, ideal. Not only the infantry, but also the artillery and other branches of the command of joint operations, completely annihilated the enemy's two armies, 130,000 people, a total of 29 hours.
Throughout the Liberation War, Liu Yalou's performance can be described as quite outstanding, the Liaoshen Campaign assisted Lin Biao and Luo Ronghuan in commanding the battle, and now the Tianjin Offensive Battle has achieved joint operations of many arms and reduced soldier casualties due to precise deployment and correct command. The three "Lin Luo Liu" were often put together, which was enough to prove Liu Yalou's strength.
After the founding of New China, Liu Yalou switched from the army to the air force in order to develop China's air force cause, which was a completely unfamiliar field for him, but how could Liu Yalou be afraid? He went to the Soviet Union to study and buy aircraft, and he focused on the cause of the Air Force.
But unfortunately, in 1965, the hero of the republic, in the fight against the disease, died at the age of 55.
Upon learning of Liu Yalou's death, Zhu De, Liu Shaoqi, Zhou Enlai, etc. all came to mourn, and his funeral was no less than the level of state funeral. The ashes were transported from Shanghai to Beijing and placed in the Zhongshan Hall in Zhongshan Park, where the leaders of the Republic placed their ashes.
On that day, it was raining in Beijing, and as many as 100,000 soldiers and civilians came to mourn along the road, and many people attended the mourning ceremony. Moreover, the check-in book that day was filled with the names of important party personnel and leaders.
Who says that the War of Resistance could not have been awarded as a general in the Soviet Union? If he could have participated in the War of Resistance, he might not have been awarded a higher rank?
