Wang Jianhua, 48 years old this year, is the first kindergarten teacher directly under the municipal government, engaged in preschool education work for 29 years, is a provincial backbone teacher, a provincial famous teacher, the host of langfang preschool education teacher studio, and the first prize winner of the provincial teaching competition. Wang Jianhua, director of teaching and research of the first kindergarten directly under Langfang Municipality: I joined the work in 1993, and I came to Langfang City in 2003 as a kindergarten and have been a front-line teacher. As a teacher, I think that first of all, we must love children, especially kindergarten teachers, and we must put love first. If there is no sincere love for the child, this job will definitely not be done well. Our studio is the first batch of famous teacher studios in Langfang. Since 2017, our studio has consisted of a number of teachers from various prefectures and three teachers from our kindergarten. The most important task of the famous teacher studio is the role of radiation leadership, to lead other teachers to grow together as a famous teacher, but also to drive the development of our preschool education work in all counties of Langfang City.
Over the years, Wang Jianhua has devoted himself to the teaching practice of children's picture book reading, participated in the activities of sending teachers to the countryside for many times, made on-site teaching demonstration classes and special lectures for teachers in various counties, and repeatedly made public class displays in activities such as teacher training in the province and exchanges between Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, and actively participated in xinjiang aid activities in Xinjiang.
