In the Tongwei production measurement demonstration field, the standard yield of "Lanta 211" is 455.06 kg per mu, and in the Zhangjiachuan production measurement demonstration field, the standard yield of this variety is 507.54 kg per mu.

The production measurement demonstration field in Dianzi Village, Pingxiang Town, Tongwei County belongs to the semi-arid rain-fed agricultural area, with an altitude of 1750 meters, an average annual precipitation of 391 mm, and medium soil fertility. According to data from relevant local departments, from 2017 to 2019, the statistical yield of wheat in Tongwei was 174.83 kg per mu.

Located in Yueshan Village, Liangshan Town, Zhangjiachuan County, the production demonstration field belongs to the semi-humid rain-fed agricultural area, with an altitude of 1670 meters, an average annual precipitation of 620 mm, and medium soil fertility. The "Lanta 211" variety has stepped onto the steps of producing thousands of catties of grain per mu of dryland winter wheat here.
It is understood that the new variety of dryland winter wheat "Lanta 211" was selected and bred by the team of Professor Li Fengmin of the College of Life Sciences of Lanzhou University. In March 2020, the variety passed the approval of the Gansu Provincial Crop Variety Approval Committee.
