Xiang X sold dog meat in Shangxi Street, Lizhou District, Guangyuan City, Sichuan Province, and on December 15, 2019, he had a dispute with a "dog lover". Subsequently, the public security organs and other departments carried out relevant treatment. In Xiang X's view, after the public security department dealt with it, the matter came to an end, but what he did not expect was that he had caused a disaster because of it.

At about 8:00 p.m. on December 30, 2019, "dog lovers" Tian X, Feng X and others learned of the news that Xiang X was at home in WeChat groups such as "Dog Love", and invited group members to their homes to check whether they were still killing dogs and selling dog meat.

Tian X and Feng X rushed to Xiang X's home in advance, knocked on the door, and without Xiang X's consent, they forcibly entered their homes and forced them to ask questions about the source of the dogs killed after December 15, 2019, the location of the dogs they killed, and the reasons for selling dog meat.

Tian X and others saw that the persecution was unsuccessful, and forcibly took Xiang X from his home to the outside of the duty room at the 081 entrance of Dongba in Lizhou District, Guangyuan City, and notified another group member. Yang X and Cheng X, who rushed to hear the news, beat Xiang X, of which Yang X beat so-and-so on's head and shoulder with his fists, and Cheng used slaps and kicks to beat Xiang X.

After Xiang X was taken out of the car, Meng X, Cheng X and another woman and others let Xiang X kneel, and then continued to beat him in the form of slapping, pin pricking the skin, and slapping himself, for about 20 minutes.

In the process of being beaten, Xiang so-and-so has always wanted to find an opportunity to escape the scene. After beating Xiang X, several "dog lovers" came to the side to smoke and saw the opportunity to flee the scene to so-and-so. The Lizhou District Court of Guangyuan City convicted the five defendants of illegal detention in accordance with law on the basis of the facts, circumstances and social harmfulness of the five defendants, and sentenced them to four months' detention and six months' suspended sentence.
