The Ministry of Water Resources recently released that 46 rivers in 14 provinces across the country have floods above the warning level, with the maximum warning range of 0.01 to 2.50 meters, of which 7 are over-guaranteed and 4 are over-historical.

Typhoon No. 7 "Chapaka" made landfall at 21:50 on the 20th in the coastal area of Yangjiang, Guangdong, with a maximum wind of 12 near the center at the time of landfall, and was located in the territory of Yangjiang at 6 o'clock on the 21st, with a wind force of 8, and the current water potential of the coastal rivers in Guangdong and Guangdong is stable.
